According to news reports the Oklahoma Legislature recently passed a law that eliminated tax credits for electric vehicles.  In previous years the tax credits were 50% of the purchase price, and, combined with federal tax credits, created a large market for LSVs in 2009 while negatively impacting state revenues.  Learn more:  Adaeveningnews.com
