Amendment to address issue in process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bodytext\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><a title=\"Flower Mound Leader\" href=\"http:\/\/www.scntx.com\/articles\/2009\/02\/19\/flower_mound_leader\/news\/6fm.txt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Flower Mound, TX<\/a> &#8211; Transportation commission is urged to look at LSV regulations in anticipation of increased usage of the vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bodytext\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><a title=\"Denver Daily News\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thedenverdailynews.com\/article.php?aID=3432\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Denver, CO<\/a> &#8211; State Senate bill aims to create uniform road use regulations for LSVs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bodytext\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><a title=\"East Vlusia NEws Journal Onlline\" href=\"http:\/\/www.news-journalonline.com\/NewsJournalOnline\/News\/Neighbors\/South\/evlNS02022609.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">South Daytona, FL<\/a> &#8211; After a favorable feasibility study, city officials are moving ahead on allowing golf carts to be used on city streets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bodytext\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><a title=\"Winnepeg Free Press\" href=\"http:\/\/www.winnipegfreepress.com\/local\/province_hopes_to_allow_low-speed_electric_cars-40410892.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Manitoba, Canada<\/a> &#8211; Manitoba province is looking at enacting similar legislation as Ontario and Quebec to allow LSVs on public roads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bodytext\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><a title=\"Wausau Daily Herald\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wausaudailyherald.com\/article\/20090301\/WDH0101\/903010630\/1981\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Merrill, WI <\/a>&#8211; City officials are drafting legislation to allow NEVs on public roads with speed limits of 35mph or less<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bodytext\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><a title=\"South Maui Sustainability\" href=\"http:\/\/southmauisustainability.wordpress.com\/2009\/03\/01\/immediate-action-needed-the-medium-speed-electric-vehicle-bill-hb-144\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Medium Speed Vehicle Regulations<\/a> &#8211; At the end of February nine states were considering medium speed vehicle laws:  Hawaii, New Mexico, Kentucky, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, Georgia and Colorado.
