The Mechron 2240 is the crew version of the Mechron line, seating 5-6 in an extended body and retaining a dump bed. Power train and drive train attributes are virtually the same as the 2200 and the 2200PS: in-line 3-cyl. 21 horsepower diesel engine, 4WD, four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes, rack and pinion steering, etc. The 2240 comes with power steering.
